Our patient presented because of his two front teeth. His teeth had always been crooked, and because of this they were hard to keep clean. They would always get decay and need new fillings. Over time the teeth could not be patched any more and needed a more permanent solution.

We recommended that he improve the strength and appearance of his two front teeth with two tooth-colored crowns.

After listening to our patient's input, Dr. Castro, along with a local American laboratory with skilled dental artists, created two dental crowns that blended in perfectly with the patient's smile. Improving Tooth Color By Replacing Old, Dark Crowns

This patient had two old crowns that appeared gray in her smile. It was always very noticeable in her smile.

Part of the reason was because she had two root canals on her front teeth a long time ago, which made her teeth dark underneath the crowns.

Our office recommended that she have three new crowns made at the same time with a new crown material that could block out the dark tooth underneath.

As you can see, with the right material selection, we were able to hide the darkness of her teeth while maintaining a very beautiful, natural smile.

Improving Color and Size By Replacing Old Bridge and Doing a Veneer

This patient was born with a tooth missing and had an old, porcelain-metal bridge put in when he was very young. As he got older, the difference in size started
to become more noticeable. Also, after 20+ years the bridge started to come loose.

We recommended he replace the bridge with a full tooth-colored bridge and add a veneer to the other front tooth to repair the large chip.

These are strong restorations that are not only beautiful but should last a long time.

This patient was missing a tooth because her tooth was cracked and needed to be removed.

We had discussed two great options for replacing the missing tooth: an implant or a bridge.

Our patient decided she didn't want to go through the 4-6 month process of having an implant, so she chose to do a bridge.

As you can see, we chose to use a beautiful tooth-colored material that blends in perfectly with her other teeth.

Simple Bonding to Close Spaces

BEFORE
This patient was an older gentleman who wasn't happy with the spaces between his front teeth.

We discussed porcelain veneers as being the ideal option for him, but he had concerns that he might not like the appearance.

We recommended he try simple bonding with tooth-colored filling material to close the spaces. He agreed.

AFTER
He was very happy with the results. The teeth are dry in these photos, but when they're wet with saliva, the bonding blends in very well and the teeth look very shiny.

Whether we are doing full veneers or simple bonding, we want our patients to look as good as possible.

In the future, he can consider upgrading this bonding to even better looking veneers.

Invisalign 5 Month Case

Our patient presented because she wasn't happy with her crooked lower front teeth. She didn't like the way they looked and they were hard to keep clean. She had braces in the past but lost her retainer, which caused her teeth to shift and misalign.

After listening to her concerns, our office recommended Invisalign to straighten her teeth to where they used to be.

Invisalign 1.5 Year Case

This patient was unhappy with how her two front teeth overlapped. She also had a tough time passing floss between her lower front teeth.

She was in her 60s at the time and did not want to wear braces. We recommended Invisalign and discussed that it would take about a year and a half.

As you can see, with diligent use of her Invisalign aligners, this patient got the results she wanted. Now she can smile proudly and floss more easily.
